Derek started touring the Northeast twelve yrs. ago as a solo artist including many gigs in NYC.  Previously he had toured with Grammy winning artist Joanne Shenandoah and Texas musician of the year Eric Hokkanen. Earlier this year he headlined at The Buttonwood Performing Arts Center in CT.
